Proper fasting is a cure-it-all medicine: No food, plain water. What’s your protocol?

For over 60 years, medical research have been conducted on fasting in Russia, Germany, and lately in the USA (California). No pharmaceutical corporations and food industry ever contributed a dime on the benefits of proper fasting. Is this of any surprise to anyone?

The results are in:

First, experiments on mice with cancers revealed that the mice that fasted two days before being injected with heavy dose of chemo lived and were found very active, while 40% of non-fasting mice died. Why?

The genes of normal cells in the fasting body manage to regulate their behavior with the new state of shock of the body, while the abnormal cells tend to die. The chemo achieve the remaining abnormal cells that have barely survived…

Second, after a proper fasting period, most bodily and mental anomalies return to normal functional states and the organs recapture their normal regulatory functions in secreting the appropriate hormones.

Arterial tensions, sugar blood level, tetraglycerine…return to normal levels. Many diseases (pulmonary and others…) were cured during fasting by permitting the cells to dissipate the chemicals, medicines, and unwanted hormones that they were bloated with. How?

In the first day of fasting, all the glucose are depleted. Glucose (sugar) is the readily source of energy that is quickly transformed and absorbed: The brain needs glucose to function.

In the third day of fasting, 94% of the energy are generated from the decomposition of the body fat and 4% only from the proteins in the muscles.

Thus, a person weighting 70 kilo might have 15 kilo of fat, a source that can sustain 40 days of fasting while the muscles are practically intact. The male penguin sits on the egg for 4 months (real fasting period) before he has to go to sea to feed on fish: By this time, the female is back to resume the hatching period…

This process is common to all animals and mankind: First glucose is consumed, then the fat, and lastly the protein…

The toughest day is the third in the fast: The person feels joint aches, headache, nausea, feeling under the weather, and craving all kinds of food that he loves…

By the fifth day, a state of euphoria and well-being submerges the fasting individual, and life is light and the tasks are very manageable…

What’s your protocol for fasting?

My protocol is to go easy and at stages.

Stage 1: You fast two days in the first week.

Stage 2: You fast 4 days a week later. Just to experiment with the aches and pains of the 3rd days and realize that you survived and doing much better.

Stage 3: You fast 5 days a week later so that you experience the state of “feeling good” and discovering how you fared on the 3rd day.

Mind you, that during all these fasting stages you are actually losing fat and your internal organs (liver, kidneys,…) are re-learning to regulate their tasks and secreting the proper amount of hormones as they were supposed to be doing normally.

Stage 4: You fast 6 days, once every month, for 3 successive months and check how this cure is benefiting your body and mind.

Where to undergo fasting cure?

I cannot see how fasting can be done at home: The family members will be unable to survive without cooking and you smelling the good food, or not eating and drinking (things other than water) in front of you…

Mind you that you are fasting 24 hours per day from all kinds of food and you are drinking only plain water…

The problem is: Which fasting clinic will allow you to perform your own fasting protocol?

My daydream project is opening a fasting clinic with the motto: “Fast your own protocol

The client will check in the clinic and will submit to two days of learning everything on fasting, the research papers, the statistics, its consequences, the processes, the benefits, the side effects…and thorough physical tests.  The client will end up devising his own protocol for the staff in the clinic to supervise…

The fasting clinic will refrain from imposing any physical exercises or activities that the client is not hot of pursuing…

It is normal that the client be proposed a varieties of activities to undertake so that he is kept busy and to sleep like a baby after a long day of diversified tasks (physical and mental).

Fasting can become easy when experimented on stages.

Fasting longer than a week might require very specialized medical teams to supervise and follow up…I guess.

Toxic wastes poured on Falluja (Iraq) in 2004: Babies still paying the price

Nadim al-Hadidi,  hospital spokesman , reported to Inter Press Service (IPS): “In 2004 the Americans tested all kinds of chemicals and explosive devices on us: thermobaric weapons, white phosphorous, depleted uranium… we have all been laboratory mice for them…”

Karlos Zurutuza of IPS reported: “The increases in cancer, infant mortality and perturbations in birth sex ratio in Fallujah are significantly greater than those recorded for survivors of the atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945″

The study, released by the Switzerland-based International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, shows that in the years following Operation Phantom Fury there has been a 4-fold increase in all cancer, including a 12-fold increases in childhood cancer in those aged 0-14.

According to hospital spokesman Nadim al-Hadidi: “Fallujah hospital cannot offer any statistics on children born with birth defects because there are just too many. We recorded 672 cases in January but we know there were many more.”

Hadidi projects pictures on to a wall at his office: children born with no brain, no eyes, or with the intestines out of their body.

Noam Chomsky considers the findings “immensely more embarrassing than the WikiLeaks leaks on Afghanistan.”

On March 31, 2004, images of the dismembered bodies of Blackwater mercenaries hanging from a bridge were broadcast around the world. After al-Qaeda claimed responsibility, Fallujah saw the heaviest U.S. urban combat since the Battle of Huế City in Vietnam in 1968.

The local population paid the price in the form of random house-to- house checks and intense night bombings accompanied by white phosphorus and depleted uranium (DU).

White phosphorus is an incendiary weapon that can cause injuries and even death by burning deep into tissue if contacting skin; irritating eyes, the nasal cavity, and respiratory tract if inhaled; and liver, heart or kidney damage if ingested.

Depleted uranium is said to significantly increase the penetration capacity of shells, but it is also a radioactive element with a half-life of 4.5 billion years and has been called the “silent murderer that never stops killing,” according to IPS.

From IPS:

Samira Alaani, chief doctor at Fallujah hospital, took part in a study in close collaboration with the World Health Organization. Several tests conducted in London point to unusually large amounts of uranium and mercury in the hair root of those affected. That could be the evidence linking the use of prohibited weapons to the extent of congenital problems in Fallujah

Birth sex ratio is a well-known indicator of genetic damage because girls have a redundant X-chromosome and thus can afford to lose one through genetic damage whereas boys do not.

Birth sex ratio in normal populations is about 1,050 boys born per 1,000 girls, but the sex ratio for the group born in 2005 was 860 (which is about the same as the children of Hiroshima survivors).

Dr. Chris Busby, who is visiting Professor in the University of Ulster and Scientific Director of Green Audit, said: “It was an extraordinary and alarming result, and that some very major mutagenic exposure must have occurred in 2004 when the attacks happened to produce effects like this.”

This month the WHO will collaborate with the Iraqi Health Ministry to launch the first ever study on congenital malformations in Baghdad, Anbar, Thi Qar, Suleimania, Diala and Basra. ” End of report

I recall one of my close relative, a professor of math at the university, was attending mass in Vancouver with his family as Fallujah was under heavy fire from the US troops, and the priest was going on in nhis speech and never mentioned what was happening in Fallujah. My cousin screemed: “Fallujah. What’s happening in Fallujah. Why don’t you care of the victims in Fallujah…” and stormed out of the church

Why billions of bees are dying?

I read a couple of days an abstract of a scientific article claiming that experiments on bees demonstrated that an extremely small quantity of pesticide has the effect of disorienting bees: The bees requires four times more in duration to find their hives, and a bee that cannot return to its hive is practically a dead bee.

Recent years have seen a steep and disturbing global decline in bee populations, and a few bee species are already extinct and some US species are at just 4% of their previous numbers. Scientists have been scrambling for answers

Alice Jay of Avaaz.org is disseminating this warning and a call for action:

Quietly and globally, billions of bees are dying, threatening our crops and food. But if Bayer, the largest producer of neonicotinoids, stops selling one group of pesticides, we could save bees from extinction.

Four European countries have begun banning these poisons, and some bee populations are already recovering. But Bayer has lobbied hard to keep them on the market.

Massive global pressure from Avaaz and others has forced them to consider the facts, and in 24 hours, Bayer shareholders meeting in Germany will vote on a motion that could stop these toxic chemicals. Let’s all act now and shame the shareholders to stop killing bees.

The pressure is working, and this is our best chance to save the bees. Bees don’t just make honey, they are vital to life on earth, every year pollinating 90% of plants and crops, accounting for an estimated $40 billion in value, over one-third of the food supply in many countries.

Without immediate action to save bees, many of our favourite fruits, vegetables, and nuts could vanish from our shelves.

Many studies claim the decline may be due to a combination of factors including disease, habitat loss and toxic chemicals. But increasingly, independent research has produced strong evidence blaming neonicotinoid pesticides. France, Italy, Slovenia and even Germany, where the main manufacturer Bayer is based, have banned one of these bee killers. But, Bayer continues to export its poison across the world.

This issue is now coming to the boil as major new studies have confirmed the scale of this problem. If we can get Bayer shareholders to act, we could shut down once and for all Bayer’s influence on policy-makers and scientists.

The real experts, the beekeepers and farmers, want these deadly pesticides prohibited until and unless we have solid, independent studies that show they are safe.

Can we afford to leave our delicate food chain in the hands of research run by the chemical companies and the regulators that are in their pockets? Banning this pesticide will move us closer to a world safe for ourselves and the other species we care about and depend on.
