Time for easy delicious cooking: Aarayes Kafta, Guacamole Salsa …
Kafta (ground meat) and pita bread sandwich recipe:
1 lb lean ground beef 1 red onion, finely chopped …
1 Jalapeno, cored and finely chopped
 1 tsp red Aleppo Pepper
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground All-spice
½ bunch Cilantro,
chopped Salt to taste Sea salt for sprinkling on top 4 pita breads,
quartered Mix all the above ingredients with the exception of the pita.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Take some fill each pita quarter with a thin layer of meat mixture and press down to make pocket.
Brush each pita with Olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake in 400F degree oven on a griddle pan to drain the excess fat from the meat, turning over once during baking.
Enjoy as a meal with a salad or Salsa or as a snack.
Aarayes Kafta Served with Guacamole salsa

1 lb lean ground beef

Fresh Guacamole Salsa

2 ripe Hass Avocados
1 small red or brown onion, finely chopped
2 tbl fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 clove fresh garlic, mashed with salt
Juice of 3 limes
1 fresh Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 Roma Tomato, finely diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocados in half and reserve the seed. Score the pulp in the half shell into small squares and scoop out with a spoon. Place the avocado pulp along with the seeds in a bowl. With the back of a spoon mash the pulp roughly, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Serve cold.

Note: 
Keeping the Avocado seeds in the salsa with the combination of lime juice, helps prevent the Avocado from oxidizing and turning brown.

Note 23 I prefer the natural flavor of fruits and vegetables. I like the avocado plain, spread on the pita bread. Save plenty of time preparing this complex salsa.
