Don’t Mind Living October 19, 2008

I experienced comfort, family or some;

I’ve been homeless too long.

I experienced a glimpse of exhilarating love;

I wallow in my swamp of hate.

I experienced a flitting unsurpassed confidence;

I wizened up in lack of faith.

I experienced moments of immortality;

I breathe the fear of death.

I experienced the joy of the fight;

But, I don’t mind living, and living long.
