Black people in the USA live in constant fear since childhood, everyone of them, learning that their black body is meant to be destroyed by the white laws and the scared gang members on drugs.
The dynamic mindset for learning is to be convinced that the brain is another muscle to be trained.
Rewarding only the effort invested in learning a topic. One precondition for that learning process to get widespread is how to infuse the necessary passion to learn a topic “What is it for me to invest the effort?”. This is the skill that every “teacher” needs to master.
What is Not applied is Not knowledge. Teaching, preparing course materials, writing, explaining a topic is application. Whether what you applied is correct is another topic.
The borrowing mechanism of the expatriate contractor class of Lebanon who grabbed the political power is basically to get the State tightly linked to outside multinational financial institutions.
Same Institutions that the ruling class has invested in and wants to generate quick profit in this globalization era, at the expense of the people they claim to work for their benefit…
