How to get out of Lebanon crisis?

1968: There were No Palestinian military groups or Lebanese opposition armed parties: Yet, Israel carried pre-emptive wars on Lebanon

There were No Palestinian military groups or Lebanese opposition armed parties:
Yet, Israel carried frequent pre-emptive wars on Lebanon
On December 28, 1968, Israel commando blew up all Lebanon civil planes (13 of them) on the ground that a Palestinian has boarded one of them to carry out an attack in Athens.
There were No Palestinian military groups or Lebanese opposition armed parties for Israel to blame Lebanon or retaliate militarily.
Lebanon late President Charles Helou and the Lebanese army, stationed by the airport, didn’t intervene. The sole sargent, Ahmad She7adi, who fired a shot, was brought to military court for disobeying order.
With the advent of Hezbollah, things have changed drastically and Israel is on the defensive and prefers to hide in shelters and behind Walls.

Speech of Hitler lambasting Roosevelt: As Germany declares war on the US on Dec. 11, 1941
Note: A re-edit of 2013 post.
Hitler was Not from any Elite Class circle by a long shot. The colonial powers elite classes used Hitler as a mascot Clown to popularize and spread their apartheid ideology and genocide on large scale in their colonies, through Hitler virulent populist national rhetorics, until Hitler constructed his close-knit circle of Nazi “leaders” .
Hitler knew that Roosevelt (one of the 10,000 ultra rich) favored England, but the US President was unable to counter the 80% of the US public opinion, which was very reluctant of intervening in this war.
Roosevelt has agreed to lend Churchill on credit for military hardware purchases, foodstuff and raw materials, most of the 33 million tons of supplies that England needed every month, just to survive.
Before and for a long time after the start of WWII, the US companies were exporting all kinds of products and rare raw materials to both sides, and accumulating huge profit.
Ribbentrop (German foreign minister) insists that Japan should not give Roosevelt any excuse for the USA to enter the war: We are in the same boat with you, and the US produces more military hardware than all the belligerent forces engaged around the world…”
In Nov. 23, 1941, Germany foreign minister Ribbentrop meet with Japan’s ambassador Oshima and told him:
“We know today for certain from the intransigence of the US, that the negotiations with Japan will end in failure. If Japan decides to go to war against the USA, that option will be favorable to the Führer, and Germany will join Japan in declaring war on the US…”
On Dec. 6, 1941, Roosevelt had written to Japan’s Emperor Hirohito:
“We, State leaders, have the sacred duty of restoring the traditional friendship between our two countries”
Four weeks later, on Dec. 7, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor and destroyed half the US naval fleet in Hawaii.
The US airplane carriers were not in sight of the Japanese planes and were saved from certain sinking. That was a fatal mistake that would turn the tide during the Midway sea battle.
A week later, Hitler declares war on the US and delivered this public speech:
“I accuse Roosevelt of crimes against international laws.
Roosevelt comes from a rich family and lived the privileged life that democratic States facilitate the existence of the rich classes, this class labeled the 10,000 ultra rich.
Roosevelt lived WWI in the shadow of his protector (President) Wilson, amid the sphere of the war profiteers and exploited the miseries of the poor classes riddled with soaring inflation and engaged in vast speculation deals…
I was a simple soldier in WWI, and I got injured, and was released as poor as ever.
Roosevelt is intent on switching his policies from the internal public opinion demands to external affairs, aided by his Jewish cohort the Frankfurter, Baruch, Cohen and Morgenthau…”
Initially Germany’s policy was to keep the US neutral in the conflict. Germany was interested in Continental Europe, including Russia as its Vital Space.
On Feb. 1941, German foreign minister Ribbentrop had met again with Japan’s ambassador Oshima.
Ribbentrop tells Oshima that the Führer is considering to extend his vital space eastward, toward Russia, and that he accepts the risk of a war with Russia.
Hitler came to believe the view that Roosevelt is the main danger in the US and that the Jews in the White House were strongly influencing his foreign policies. Hitler said:
“The American have no future. The USA is a rotten country. The racial problems and the vast inequalities are rampant. The US inspires me with aversion and deep disgust. Half Jewish, and half niggers: This is the US society in a nutshell. How can a community founded on solely generating money and stand up among the nations?…”
It is to be noted that, when Germany declared war on the USA, it was already in deep trouble after occupying large swap of lands in Russia and facing serious counter-offensives from the Soviet armies, in this cold Russian winter…
Germany was fighting the two largest powers in the world at the same time.
If Germany coordinated its attack on Russia with Japan, the entire war scenario would have changed. Japan was already in Manchuria and occupied Korea and the coastal parts of China…
But Hitler wanted all of occidental Russia to belong solely to Germany!
Note 2: It is obvious that Germany and Japan had clear ideas on the danger of antagonizing USA, but they could no longer afford the forceful tacit trade of the USA in favor of their “enemies” and military support.

The best Christian minds and most Nationalists in the Middle-East have been forced to emigrate
Note: The author of this post Sami Ayoubi claims that the Christians in the Middle-East, from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Iraq, have emigrated Not because of religious persecutions of other Islamic sects, but because they preferred to live in a Western cultural environment.
I beg to differ, Not on account of preference of cultural settings, but because persecutions of the Ottoman Empire in all this region and the purposeful famine it imposed during WW1 have pressured many to immigrate to USA and Latin America and Africa.
Currently, the immigrants to Africa and Latin America of Muslims, during Lebanon civil war and after was much greater than Christians. During the civil war in Lebanon (1975-1990) and the latest civil war in Syria that started in 2011 forced many educated graduates to emigrate.
ISIS slaughter-hood in this region targeted far more Sunni Muslims than other sects and this savage extremist religious “State” exacerbated the immigration process to all out of shear fear.
We must consider the proportions of immigrants according to religious sect and the education level, especially those who graduated from private universities that have links to colonial powers universities for easier transfer of the minds.
Note 2: Christian emigrants from Palestine has reached a critical level due to apartheid Israelis policies of forcing them out of Jerusalem and the prosperous Palestinian towns and cities

… ..

Political Propaganda Handbooks: Israel’s Hasbara, USA Peaceful Upheaval, Soft War handbook…?
Note: A re-edit of 2014 post “Israel (Zionism) propaganda (Hasbara) Handbook”
Hasbara (explanation) is not breaking news, most of our readers are already familiar with Israeli Hasbara .
If you patronize Facebook or Twitter and you posts anything remotely related to pro-Palestine, or work in the media in general, you are probably all too familiar with the persistent Hasbara that floods the comments of every post about Palestine.
It’s a force to be reckoned with: It attempts to control message and kill credibility of articles or commentary that reveal anything negative about Israel.
Wikipedia defines Hasbara as “Public diplomacy in Israel” and refers to it as “public relations efforts to disseminate abroad positive information about Israel.”
That’s true enough but in reality Hasbara is a manipulative propaganda machine.
Students are paid to spread pro-Israel messages online and have been slaving away in the Hasbara War Room to sell the Gaza war in social media.
According to the Hasbara Handbook – their main target audience is USA.
The Israeli Project’s 2009 Global Language Dictionary was originally leaked by Newsweek Online.
The link to the document in their original article now leads to a 404-page but you can read the 116 page PDF here.
It’s probably been updated since but the 2009 version is more than enough to understand how it works.
Are you persuadable?
According to the Hasbara Handbook Conservative Republicans and religious fundamentalists in USA are generally easiest to persuade or are already on board with team Israel.
This page has an interesting footnote that their “most favorable audience is white and male voters.”
The Handbook refers to religious fundamentalists as Israel’s “Amen Choir” and claims they are “Israel’s strongest friends in the world.”
In general US conservative Republicans and/or religious fundamentalists don’t seem to be a primary target audience for Hasbara, however they dedicate an entire chapter on talking to the American left which appears to be their greatest challenge.
Hasbara propagandists are directed to use empathy – and this word is stressed – as an important factor to use as a tool of persuasion to build credibility.
If you are among the stubborn leftists they may tell you a story to appeal to your sense of empathy.
Hasbara also may target women for persuasion campaigns more than men as their charts seemed to indicate that women were less aware of “the facts” after Operation Cast Lead (pre-emptive war on Gaza that killed over, 2,000 Palestinians and injured many more thousands and destroyed Gaza infrastructure in 2014).
Each chapter of the Hasbara Handbook has helpful boxes outlining the “Words that Work”.
There is even a section praising Obama’s notorious public speaking skills that states:
“President Obama’s language is so similar to what we have recommended for years that he could easily be stealing straight from our playbook.”
Posters that Work
Appendix IV of the Hasbara Handbook is dedicated to “Posters that Work” and lays out a style guide to follow when designing pro-Israel propaganda posters.
Apparently posters featuring Ahmadinejad as Hitler and babies strapped to bombs were epic fails, so now they aim to use “factually based” graphics to spread a positive impression of Israel.
The examples above are from several years ago but we’ve seen this same style of posters circulating during Operation Protective Edge.
Hasbara has it’s own team of graphic artists called the Interactive Media Team from Israel Under Fire which has been hard at work designing high quality, branded graphics to sell the assault on Gaza to western audiences.
The current Hasbara poster campaign features slick graphics, contrasting red and green colors that pop off pro-photographed backgrounds and bold fonts with key words like “rockets” or “tunnels” emphasized for impact. This is a 100% professionally branded media campaign.
The lexicon of the Hasbara Handbook is really impressive as far as manipulation standards go. If you have time to read the whole handbook we definitely recommend it.
Propaganda exists all over the world and perhaps other countries also have official “playbooks” like Israel, but the Israeli Hasbara has mastered the art of persuasion, at least on western audiences.
Note 2: You might have heard of the CIA financed handbook for Peaceful mass upheaval? The USA spread the propaganda that the “Arab Spring” mass demonstrations in Tunisia and Egypt adopted and practiced the principles of that handbook (pure myth). The USA was totally taken aback but managed to exploit these upheavals to appoint their dictators.
Note 3: You might have heard of the US new Soft War handbook, meant to impose severe economic sanctions until most people experience hunger and scarcity in medicine and energy and kneel in their negotiations with US diktat.

Any credible philosophy without active field engagement? Who is Simone Weil?
Posted by: adonis49 on: December 26, 2019
Simone Weil: No credible philosophy without active field engagement…
Note: A re-edit of my post in 2012
In this century of global turmoil and global wars, WWI and II, successive genocides, Afghanistan, Viet Nam, Iraq, ISIS,…Simone Weil was concerned to find links between the state of Gravity (miseries, injustices, brute force, subjugation…) and the state of Grace (Justice, equitable treatment, civil rights, political rights…)
Weil visited Germany in 1932 and experienced the incapacity of the German communist party to be freed from the Soviet dictate and Soviet bureaucracy. Consequently, faced this rude reality, Weil dropped her previous revolutionary positions due to the total passive behavior of the communists in Germany.
In 1934-35, Weil took a sabbatical from teaching, and worked at the factories of Alsthom and Renault as a daily worker. She kept a diary, and she had to share the workers daily conditions and feelings on the floor-shop, if she had to talk of the working class…
How can people balance the repeated society massive submission to the power-to-be (following orders that are terribly evil) and the individual tendency to avoid harming innocent people?
Are the systematic coercive structure and violent acts of totalitarianism behind this recurring mass subjugation phenomena throughout history?
Desiring to know the truth is a yearning to be in direct touch with reality, no matter how cruel and brutal it might be.
For example, if you claim to describe the conditions and represent the working class, you must be engaged in the daily work activities of the worker, and be connected to the actual working people in specific domain of productions…
In 1936, Weil was side by side with the Spanish anarchists during the civil war…
Simone Weil proclaimed to study the ancient mythologies, the metaphysical texts, the universal folkloric stories…with the same intellectual probity of attitude.
She was opposed to apartheid Zionist ideology and had harsh critics of the radical Hebraic practiced religion:
1. All that is inspired from the Old Testament by Christianity is bad…
2. The concept of Sanctity in the Church was emulated from the Sanctity notion of Israel…
3. Up until the Israelite were exiled to Babylon, not a single character in the Bible was not soiled by horrible acts…
4. Daniel was initiated to the Chaldean wise culture in captivity…
5. The Genesis is a compendium of all the Egyptian stories, transported and adapted… (including the Near-East culture)
6. Weil cannot comprehend how a reasonable mind can see similarity between Jehovah and the Father of the New Testament…
7. The mission of Israel was to acknowledge the unity of a God, without discriminating among people, culture, and the principles of Good and Evil…
8. The Hebrew attributed to God all that is considered supernatural, what is divine and what is demonic: Simply because they view their God in the angle of Power and not in the approach of what is Good and what is Evil…
Viewing God of Power denies any intermediary between the believer and God, although there is no alternative to an Mediator. Otherwise, God is emptied of divinity and is reduced to a racial and national entity that is directly accessible to anyone (with evil intentions)…
9. The ancient Egyptians and Greeks had this recognition that God is The Good. The God of the Hebrew was carnal, collective, heavy…who engaged in temporal promises.
10. Weil rejects “National God” and refuses the notion of a “Promised Land“…
Note 2: Simone Weil published “Gravity and Grace”, “The rooting” (L’enracinement)
Note 3: Simone Weil was a French deputy, a minister and inducted in the French Academy
The process that guided and forced Lebanon into this Ponzi scheme system

The process that guided Lebanon into this Ponzi scheme system
Work in Progress : Illusion bancaire
JUST AN ILLUSION
SHOW MUST GO ON

Any alternatives for rings in wedding?
A line, not a ring, on my fourth finger
Ink on skin, oh what a beautiful invention! And how did I not discover it before?
Here, meet my first –and certainly not my last– tattoo, with so much intention in it…
A representation of my values around romantic relationships, a rebellion against the dated understanding of marriage, against the “captivity” mindset that marriage puts couples in.
A line, not a ring, on my fourth finger, means that I am with my partner because I’m choosing to be with them, everyday, and no piece of paper, costly ceremony, or social construct will choose that for me/for us.
With that mindset, and that conscious choice, the relationship becomes a place for personal growth and healing.
It’s my base-camp, my safe space, from where I can wander off, experiment, and discover, and if I stumble, and I do stumble a lot, I know I can always go back to that safe place and heal.
This first permanent line on my skin is also in the name of making mistakes… see, I played my adolescence quite safely, I didn’t make a lot of mistakes that teenagers make, the type of actions that you regret as an adult. It’s because I didn’t dare experiment or do things differently. I cared (still do) so much about what people think.
When asked, old people say that they regret the things they didn’t do a lot more than the things they actually did.
Even though I might love this minimalist line now, I will probably grow to dislike it, but I will be proud that I chose to do it anyway today.
In the name of experimenting, being authentic and true to myself, in the name of not caring what people think, and to making mistakes. In the name of strong relationships that we chose to be in everyday, relationships that enrich our lives and help us become better people.
To William, my partner in life, my best friend, and my family.
I would have never imagined that after 14 years I’d still be so passionately in love.
Our relationship has been a gift.
Hard at times for sure, and we still have a long way to go.
We’re gonna face a lot more roadblocks, and I have pure excitement for that, and for the improved selves we will become.
