Lebanese social structure: A live laboratory for the world problems?
And what if Lebanon was created to be a living laboratory?
To study and analyze societies’ behaviors around the world?
This is not a far fetched conjecture. All the ingredients were available when Lebanon was recognized a State by the UN in 1946.
A laboratory for nations, where researchers test the behaviors and reactions of communities of around 4 million, with two dozens varieties in religious sects, language, affiliations…
Three million is practically nothing compared to the current 7 bn crowding earth.
Testing and analyzing the resilience, foolishness, idiosyncracies, craziness, mythical belief systems… when submitted to pressures of different kinds, innuendoes, threats…
Where are these researchers and what kinds of pressures and constraints do they exercise?
From where are these researcher dispatched from? NGO, semi-public organizations, semi-public institutions…
Economists, political scientists, military, sociologists, mass psychologists, physicians studying how a people commit suicide when given doses of testing poisons…
Apparently, the equipments are not that expensive
Paradoxically, a few media focus on confessionalism, feudalism, sectarianism, genders rights… could do the trick
You break sections in the corrupt system
You force the government to resign and make sure the next government is not voted on for an entire year
You lure the parliament to vote for themselves and extend its tenure for 2 years, against the constitution on the lame excuse that security is lacking for people to vote…
You execute a few terrorists attacks
Spray calomnious stories from anonymous high level sources
You foment hateful emotional catalysts
You scare off the people that the election of a President to the Republic is pretty doubful and not recommended…
Where in any political system do Presidents to the Presidency NOT have to submit their canditature? The Parliament can name a canditate when in session and elect anyone it want, even a convicted criminal who was pardoned for political motives.
If I can be convinced that the world is benefiting from our live experiments, and drawing practical alternatives for change, I ‘ll be contented: We have always been the sacrificial lambs, before Palestinians, Iraqis, Libyans, Yemenis…
If not for Hezbollah resistance to Israel’s frequent preemptive wars, the Lebanese have been behaving as group of fish moving in tandem in reaction to local orders, each sectarian caste fishes having its own sectarian leader.

Et si le Liban était un Laboratoire?
Un laboratoire des nations, où les chercheurs testent le comportement et les réactions d’un groupement humain de 3 millions d’habitants.
C’est rien 3 millions rapportés aux 7 milliards peuplant la terre.
Une éprouvette ( éprouvée) sur une paillasse , testant sa résistance à la température aux pressions de tout genre.
Qui sont ces chercheurs, et quelles sont ces pressions?
Des économistes, des politiciens, des militaires, des sociologues, des médecins assassins étudiant le stress qui s’abat sur une population entière,( c’est quand même autre chose qu’enregistrer l’accélération du rythme respiratoire et la suffocation d’un cobaye dans une enceinte vitrée).
De quoi leur laboratoire est-il équipé?
Paradoxalement, ce laboratoire ne coûte pas cher en équipements car il faut justement le dé-s-équiper:
Vous y gonflez le fait confessionnel.
Vous sectionner le câble des freins de la corruption.
Vous faites démissionner son Gouvernement et vous vous gardez de le remplacer trop vite
Vous prolongez hors constitution la validité de son Assemblée Nationale, de son Chef d’Etat Major des armées, et bientôt de son Président de la République.
Vous désarticulez le lien social en injectant les haines émotionnelles totalement infondées.
Vous saupoudrez quelques attentats.
Vous semez la panique.
C’est là que cela devient intéressant:

Le peuple pris dans une nasse, se comportera comme un ban de poissons à l’approche d’un prédateur, et qui vire soudain à droite , puis soudain à gauche errant dans l’aquarium ! Les gens se focaliseront sur un problème immédiat : Manque à gagner considérable. Désorganisation de l’économe. Quand et où frappera le prochain attentat ? et par conséquent décider ou pas de quitter le pays …
Alors que les chercheurs eux, posent d’autres questions :
– Quand “l’état” cessera-t-il de payer le salaire des fonctionnaires?
– Quand la famine frappera?
– À Quand les exodes massifs ?
– Quand le Liban sera-t-il entièrement solubilisé ? Dans…
– Dans ? …
( Je ne puis le savoir, je ne suis pas chercheur )
