Did they vanish? Tea Party and the Occupy Wall Street movements?

It’s two-party presidential campaign, stupid!
Posted in April 20, 2012
Three years ago, the Tea Party seemed to be everywhere in the psychic of the US society. This party kept criticizing Obama policies for supporting multinational financial institutions, expanding the Federal government spending, failing to deal with budget deficit…and went too far into exhibiting racist tendencies.
(I guess this party resurfaced during the Trump candidacy to the President but failed to confront the multinational financial institutions recurring crisis)
The Tea Party was the spearhead into bringing back the Republicans as majority into the House of representatives. It’s “authority figures” were represented by Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, Rick Perry, Marco Rubio and Randal Paul…As the Republican regained majority in the House, the Tea Party receded into oblivion…and since then, the Republican Party maintained a sizeable distance with the Tea Party programs…
The same phenomenon occurred with the Occupy Wall Street movement that protested against Multinational financial corporations resuming their old habit of doing business, not paying the proper taxes, and bringing the country back to another recession…
In this presidential campaign, the Republican Party is in no mood to suffer moderates, and is proposing radical right programs: Senator Mark Rubio and South Carolina governor joined Mitt Romney…
The Democrats do not suffer conservative tendencies in its ranks.
And the struggle will be fierce during election time, to revert back to continuing “old-time well oiled” US policies as usual, of maintaining the 1% richest citizens grabbing 40% of national wealth, and consciously keeping 20% of the population under poverty level, no matter what…

The “elite” 2% of Lebanese are allied, regardless of religious sects
How to bleed dry the people
Not only the highway robbers want their financial broker, Central Bank chief Riad Salami, to remain for another 25 years on his post, but also the multinational financial institutions kept rewarding him as one of the best Central Bank leaders for many years.

Overflow your Enemy with massive pieces of intelligence and information
Why we fail to grasp the critical facts that are available and prefer to rely on massive analysis of data?
It is well known that the biggest investment in energy and time of secret services in any major State is to disseminate pieces of intelligence to the enemy, many are correct so that the critical false information are believed. The tactics of disseminating redundant information in order to overflow the party with erroneous critical pieces of facts is as old as time.
Though the multinational financial institutions don’t mind any piece of intelligence: They have the means to sort out what they want in a moment notice since the kind of data are mostly facts gathered by machines.
The same goes with the State’s intelligence gathering institutions to “monitor” the Affairs of the State.
Only the few in these institutions think they know what exactly they are searching for in order to destabilize the markets and be the first to exploit even the air we breath.
If you never heard of San Antonio and heard something of the city of San Diego, you are inclined to believe that San Diego is more populous than San Antonio, and you’ll be correct. If an information is a household name, such as Chicago people who are familiar with both cities (due to basketball games?), they guessed this fact right 66% of the time, though German people guessed right over 90% of the time. That’s not a proper example for this topic, I just couldn’t help interjecting this fact.
The vast library of research, studies, expert opinions, comments, PowerPoint presentations on the financial state before 2008…. where they all Hot Air? None of these pieces of intelligence could predict the crisis, and least of all the timing of the financial crash.
My opinion is that the timing was mostly political in nature since the advent of the crisis was confirmed to be unavoidable by the US administration as well as a few major superpowers.
And the timing for declaring the crisis was also known by the major leaders of the economic superpowers that the US had close interest with, economically and politically, such as China, Canada and England, and the preparations were planned and the major critical decisions of “after the crisis” were decided upon.

Is it “we want to know so we learn to predict”? Wrong understanding of what is prediction?

Is it we want to know so we learn to predict? What is prediction
Note: Paragraphs in parenthesis are mine.
In a post by Seth, titled ” Are you a scientist?” I read:
“Scientists make predictions, and predicting the future is far more valuable than explaining the past.
Ask a physicist what will happen if you fire a projectile like this in that direction, and she’ll know. Ask a chemist what happens if you mix x and y, and you’ll get the right answer. Even quantum mechanics mechanics can give you probabilities that work out in the long run” End of quote.
(Seth is confusing prediction and deterministic models. What natural scientists, in the previous examples, are doing is not predicting, but stating a determined behavior by inanimate objects that do not change with time and can be studied with few variabilities. The model plainly describes “how the system functions” using natural laws, in mathematical equations, which have been discovered by studying trends that don’t change much.
For example, the interactions among the few variables in the natural inanimate world are restricted and the mind can visualize the picture of “how the system or model functions”. In complex systems, such those involving animate subjects, such as mankind or even animals, the variability is huge among the various factors affecting the system behavior, either the internal variability of the subjects, or the external factors influencing the system behavior.
Consequently, the fluctuations in the system have to be studied differently: A kind of “prediction” of the next stage or phase of the system is required, according to our leraning habit of viewing the universe in linear thinking.)
Seth goes on: “Analysts who come up with plausible explanations for what just happened don’t help us as much, because it’s not always easy to turn those explanations into useful action.
Take the layout of Craigslist. Just about any competent online designer would have predicted that it would fail. Too clunky, undesigned, too many links, not slick or trustworthy… Or consider a new r&b artist, or a brand new beverage.
After the fact, it’s so easy to say, “of course it worked…” and then make up a reason for whatever it is that just succeeded.
The practice, then, is to start making predictions. In writing. You don’t have to share them in public, but the habit will push you to understand your instincts and to sharpen your ability to see what works (and what doesn’t) without the easy out of having to explain what already happened.
Look at startups or political campaigns or new products or ad campaigns… plenty of places to practice your predicting skills.
I predict you’ll learn two things:
- It’s really difficult to make predictions, because success often appears to be random
- Based on #1, it’s probably smart for you to initiate more projects that aren’t guaranteed winners, because most winners aren’t guaranteed.
And a bonus… the more you practice your predictions, the better you’ll get at discerning where the science is”. (End of quote)
I usually copy Seth posts before reading the content: I know that I will invariably find more holes in the short article than in a square-meter chunck of swiss cheese. I know that almost any post of Seth is ground for a critic article.
I categorize Seth posts as “inspirational” and lacking foundation: They are of the type “In the final analysis… bla…bla…” and I wonder how Seth pulled it off to skip all the necessary previous “analysis”.
I figured that Seth judiciously use up-to-date terminologies and attach them to key words such as “Action”, “profit”, “get on with it”, “don’t linger on testing”…And these posts sounds credible and valid to the youth. Those who consider Seth as their Guru, for advancing their business, usually fail to taking a wretched minute to critisize the article: To them, the post is a call for action and not for serious reflections.
Even multinational financial institutions “do not predict”: Their models are pretty much deterministic in nature. Multinational financial institutions win every transaction: They have more pieces of intelligence than all advanced States combined, and they have the manpower, equipments, and the latest software to instantly process data, and take split-second decisions to buy or sell. Multinational financial institutions do not play in the stock market: They are the Stock Markets, they are the casino, they designed the system, and the rules of the game!
For example, we are very familiar with the catchy words of planning, organizing, predicting…They are smokescreen concepts to excuse the plundering and exploitation of the western mind. Manking has survived in spite of planning, organizing, predicting…
The discoverers who are exhibited in the forefront are those who regurgitated the key words of planning, organizing, predicting in their vocabulary or interviews. There are far more scientists and discoveres who practically didn’t consciously plan, predict, or organize their life.
It is the daydreaming expectations that set off split-second decisions that have carried the survival of mankind: It is the huge ego and stubborness of mankind to proceed with their split-second decisions, against all odds, that is the real story.
Those who explained, shared, and disseminated their daydreaming expectations have always found followers to picking up the relay baton and advance the dream a step further.
Mankind progressed in periods of free thinking, expressions, and gathering of the free minds, rather than in periods of “peace” where the mind was constrained to abide by specific ideological dogma (whether religious, scientific, or political).
That is the real adventure of mankind.
Is it “we want to know so we learn to predict?” Sounds convincing at first reading. We want to know because we need to survive in this changing and fluctuating universe of matter and man. We want to know because it is our right to have healthy vanity to know what is going around us.
Beggars: Currency instituted mendicancy?
Since mankind shifted from a barter economy to dealing with currencies, societies turned steadily and consistently away from production to a specie of mendicants.
In the barter trade, every individual in the tribe, clan, women, men, and children had a special task to support the survival of the tribe. Once a member is entirely incapacitated to be a productive entity in the order of the small community, or unable to get moving at a regular pace with the tribe to better seasonal greener pastures then, the member was relocated to a shady place near a source of water to tend to his peaceful death a “paradise for the old spirits“.
Most probably, a core of compassionate individuals delegated their services to aiding these old spirits as best they could. They extracted from these elders oral stories of myths and traditional laws of conduct.
Transmitters of oral teaching and education are called “marabout” or “grios” in Africa: They have been transmitting the oral spiritual traditions of communities around bonfires.
A few of them decided to institute religions, based on the captured myths told about the creation of the universe and what happen to the souls after death; until the written languages codified the sacred religious knowledge within the sacerdotal classes.
Currently, old people are still not that scared of death: Just fearing a state of lack of liquid currency, lest they are forced to beg to staying alive.
They are not afraid of dying of hunger: Just apprehensive that no aides will come, unless they have to beg.
After years of toils and unconditional disposition to raise a family, sending them to universities, marrying their offspring, and distributing properties to their married children, old parents are dragging their arthritic feet as best they can and feeling ashamed to asking for small money.
I am witnessing a grandmother, wrecked with arthritis, barely able to shift its body during sleep, and having to do dishes, sweep, do laundry, preparing jams for the winter season, and even cook for her married daughter with six children, many of these children are way over 25 years of age.
I am witnessing a grandfather, having difficulty getting in a car and thus, deciding to staying home, dragging his feet three flats up in order to replenish water in the water tanks on the roof: He had plenty of reasons not to trust automatic systems and the damage they did when they failed.
Old people are worried that their children will not make it in this new harsh world: They were not adequately trained to fending for their survival.
Old people without any social covering are waiting to die in pain and hopelessness.
Old people of the middle and upper classes, with health coverage, are willing to undergo heart surgery at the age of 80, only to survive three lousy months in pain and suffering.
I am pretty sure they were warned by surgeons of the humiliating conditions they will suffer, but sacrifice is forgotten at a senile age.
We beg for food and pocket-money, though we are entitled to vote, to drive expensive cars, to join armies, and to kill for “motherland”.
We beg for better grades; we beg for jobs; we beg for a raise; we lick asses to keep our jobs; we forget morality and ethical conducts and obey the boss; we claim that we are skilled survivors.
There was a time, still as valid now as ever, when materially fallen noblemen, had priority over the most disinherited people for the money collected in churches.
Poor Noblemen had to be secured first, lest the social structure disintegrates and chaos reign supreme.
Multinational financial institutions have to get first help: They worked so hard to bilk people out of their earned money.
Multinational do not beg: They demand their rights as knights and barons of the establishment.
The verb to beg was created for the poor people and it does not apply to the rich barons of industries who demand their rights to financial aids: They invented the social and economic structure for the begging citizens.
We are effective beggars; we keep the mask of revolting against mendicant behaviors.
Wild animals and pets search for a shady and isolated place to die when the time approach: They refuse further unnecessary suffering and pain.
They leave the company of the tribe: They cannot expect the community to feed them; this is contrary to the nature of the specie. Mankind is willing to beg mercilessly and assiduously to the last moment.
Millions of kids faking work, selling chewing gum on streets for a loaf of bread. Millions playing the meditative game, so that their collective spirits in prayers will bring about world peace, in exchange of one daily meal.
Billion of people are producing nothing.
They are the ones who cannot teach art but expose the results of art.
They cannot teach how to make shoes, but display instead varieties of shoes for you to select from.
The shop keepers, working a lifetime in a box, collaborating with wholesalers, quickly turning over products in warehouses.
Engineers, supposedly trained to design products and services and ending up working salesperson. Engineers are hired to selling products and services, thinking that they can extend the illusion to consumers that they know something about the product.
It never crosses the mind of this engineer to making the effort of “re-designing” the product he is selling.
Sales people selling whatever there is to sell, uttering big technical terminologies: they have no ideas what these words mean.
Lawyers, shuffling papers and documents, bilking people, communicating with the lawyer of the other party, hammering out settlements, because they were not trained to defending clients in courts.
Teams upon teams of “hygiene engineers” cleaning offices, gathering trash, vacuuming, and then collecting garbage.
The lower middle class, learning technical skills, working around conveyor belts, assembling consumer products and canned food.
Now and then, facilitating modern lifestyle by updating plumbing and electrical systems: running water, ready electrical power, and automatic appliances that were meant to liberating essential time for a real productive life but falling short on target.
Who are the producers?
They are the peasants in remote areas, no one paying them a visit, except wholesalers at harvest time.
Millions working in sweat shop factories: the modern sacrificial lambs targeted to die at young age for disastrous workplace conditions.
Millions working in underground tunnels, extracting raw materials, trapped in worse conditions than taupe.
Millions working in open grounds, extracting raw materials, dying young, in polluted environment, for their daily meals.
If those are the people producing something then, how come so many trillions of dollar-kind money have accumulated?
Trillions being talk about like we are meaning billions of dollars.
The world is currently posting $60 trillion GNP per year; $15 trillion are saved by the “poorer” developing States so that multinational financial institutions move the surplus to the “powerful” States to maintain their higher standards of living.
The financial institutions cut out their commissions for facilitating the transfer of money from the poor people to the “richer” people maintaining high State indebtedness.
Last century, people were producing. In this century, worthless paper money are being printed, shifted, transacted, and transferred around as valuable earning; fictitious wealth backed by the power of aircraft carriers and lethal killing equipment.
Millions of “men of war” in 200 official armies, begging for their daily meals in exchange for killing their own kinds, fighting for the “fatherland”.
Millions of men of war enlisted in militia organizations fighting for the honor of the tribe, the trampled dignity of a local leader, a religious cleric.
There was a long period in mankind history, tribes going on razzias expeditions against richer tribes and rounding up livestock. Tribes expected razzias: They were meant for survival purposes under harsh conditions.
In the last three centuries, razzias on grand scale, are directed for pure greed.
Mankind: a specie of mendicants, with no dignity and no shame.
A specie that convinced itself that life is precious, even if they are totally worthless to producing anything spiritual.
Compassion is meant to helping the abler body.
A specie toiling a lifetime not producing a dime’s worth; unable to write an article, even an illegible one.
A specie no longer worth surviving.
