When creating a History for a “people” you describe a familiar environment: How the “Ancient Testament” was created through generations of appointed later “Jewish scholars”

on:There is No Abraham, and this mythical person did Not come from UR. You cannot live in the neighborhood of a well-structured and civil urban setting and transfer your “clan” with sheep and camels across desert regions to reach Canaan urban areas.
The early “scholars”, around 200 BC in Alexandria, Egypt, who decide to extend a history to the “Jews” had to start the story in an urban civilized setting, in order to give an acceptable cultured face to the story.
Obviously, there were No Jews at that period: they were Canaanites who because of circumstances fled the urban setting toward high altitude (Samaritans) or the desert part in Al Nakab and Judea region.
Later “scholars” had to describe the customs and traditions of the Bedouin tribe’s environment, and thus had to create a transfer story of Moses from Egypt toward Cannan, crossing desert of Sinai and a few rivers and having to deal with “pagan” tribes.
Thus, the remainder of the Ancient Testament mythical stories had to describe how those Bedouins behaved: razzias, vengeance, hatred, cruelty and invasion of urban towns…
True, there were plenty of great poets in Canaan and the “appointed scholars” grabbed these poems (hymns) and gave them violent and vengeance twists that sweated out how their dark hearts viewed the civilized people of Canaan.
Sure, there were No David or Solomon, or any other “kings” and they could Not write poems neither.
Even Elias and many of their appointed “prophets” were Not Jews and what the later “scholars” transcribed were falsehood of what the poets actually wrote.
