To manufacture a Tesla battery the environment pays the highest prices in basic minerals.

This battery is constituted of:

12 kg of Lithium, 15 kg of nickels, 22 kg of manganese, 7 kg of Cobalt, 200 kg of aluminum, 200 kg of rams…

In order to extract these these “critical” minerals, machineries have to move earth around the day and night.

This battery will need to move 12 tons of rock of Lithium, 5 tons of Cobalt minerals, 3 tons of nickel, 12 tons of copper ore....

For example, the Caterpillar 994A consumes 1,000 liters of diesel in 12 hours in order to move.

Not only moving machineries need diesel, but most of the manufacturing installations to extract the “precious” materials.

These phases to build such a battery require huge amount of power, fuel, electricity, hydro-electric generators, nuclear installations…

For example, all the major rivers have hydro-electric power generations for the main purpose of extracting matters from the ore.

On the Congo River, Germany constructed 2 huge dams just to generate power for extracting aluminum from the Alumine core. These installations can provide electricity to most of Africa.

Any land in Africa such as Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria…can “generate” enough edible agricultural products to feed the entire 8 billion population.

But No! The multinationals want to produce “luxury” products such as cacao, roses, soybeans, palm trees for oi, animal feed for cows, chicken and pigs and domestic animals too…

Supposed that “Safe” nuclear fusion is put into market, who will generate the power, sell it to the rest of the needy countries, run it, and control it?

It is Not that earth cannot sustain the livelihood of the growing population, it is how to sustain the greed of the multinationals in power, water, ores…

How much earth can sustain so large amount of ores of various mineral to satisfy the greed of multinationals dominated by the colonial powers?
